CRIT RATE and CRIT DMG are Topaz’s best damage scaling stats. Shoot for the standard 1% CRIT RATE per 2% CRIT DMG. Topaz can afford to be a little below the usual CRIT RATE ratio because of her Ultimate granting CRIT DMG and especially when using her signature as it also gives CRIT DMG not shown on the character sheet.
