Best against Quantum-Weak enemies because of his DEF Ignore stacking with his Skill's 30% DEF Ignore. Can be competitive with 4-Pc Scholar even against non-Quantum-Weak scenarios due to stat saturation, especially when paired with extra DEF Shred sources like Mortenax Blade. (In some teams, including Follow-up ATK teammates, he will end up overcapping. Avoid this set in those teams). Calculated against Quantum-Weak enemies.

2PCIncreases Quantum DMG by 10%.

4PCWhen the wearer deals DMG to the target enemy, ignores 10% DEF. If the target enemy has Quantum Weakness, the wearer additionally ignores 10% DEF.

E1
He Who Saw the Deep
Why it matters
His strongest early Eidolon by far, allowing other teammates to also ignore 30% DEF when dealing damage, while he gains an extra 60% ATK and 40 fixed Energy on every single turn of his, which accelerates his Ultimate rotations while also being a decent increase to his damage.
E2
Wisdom That Encompassed All
Why it matters
Improves his turn frequency; 5 Interest points at the start will immediately increase his SPD by 50%. The same goes for when using his Ultimate. His Skills will also get a nice damage multiplier increase.
E4
King Who Bowed to None
Why it matters
Gilgamesh gains 20% Energy Regeneration Rate. The value of this depends, but keep in mind that most of his Energy gain is fixed, such as from E1 and from teammates using their Ultimates.
E6
Soul That Bore Friendship
Why it matters
Massive upgrade to his performance: The whole team gets the classic 20% RES PEN from his E6, while his Ultimate deals 80% more Bounce DMG and gains a tremendous CRIT DMG buff up to 300% based on how many Ultimates were used by teammates prior.
