Honkai: Star Rail 5★ Quantum Elation Sub DPS
Until the Flowers Bloom Again is the closest fit on the game's own numbers: Aeon ★ Aha's kit multiplies ATK, and a light cone is ranked here on whether it walks the Elation (its passive is inert otherwise) and on whether that passive acts on ATK. Dazzled by a Flowery World, Tomorrow, Together and When She Decided to See come next. No playtested ranking has been imported for Aeon ★ Aha, so this is arithmetic over the kit data rather than a damage measurement.
Run Poet of Mourning Collapse on Aeon ★ Aha, with Hero of Triumphant Song and Genius of Brilliant Stars behind it. The planar ornament is City of Converging Stars. Main stats are CRIT Rate / CRIT DMG body, SPD / ATK% feet, Quantum DMG Boost sphere, ATK% / Energy Regeneration Rate rope. Roll substats in the order CRIT Rate > CRIT DMG > ATK% > SPD.
Trace priority is Talent > Ultimate > Skill > Basic ATK. The Ultimate costs 8 energy, which is what an Energy Regeneration Rate target has to clear.
Deals 50% Quantum Elation DMG to one designated enemy target.
